Applying to the 2026 Show

Artisan Gallery, 223 State Street, Binghamton • Opening Reception on Friday, October 2 from 6-9PM

• Artists may submit two works for consideration using the online application.

• All visual artists must submit an artist’s statement of 100 words or less that describes how the artwork relates to the theme “Rude and Bold Women”.

• All forms of visual artwork are eligible, including sculpture. All accepted 2D artwork must be wired and ready to hang.

• Artwork may be listed for sale. Art sales are split 70% (artist) and 30% (Broome County Arts Council). Please price your work accordingly.

• College students majoring in the arts are eligible for a Rude and Bold Scholarship.

• The committee will accept submissions through Monday, August 31.

• Accepted work drop off: Thursday Sept 24 - Saturday Sept 26

• On view until October 29, 2026

An application fee of $30 is required. Please contact Rude and Bold Women directly at rudeandboldwomen@gmail.com for questions about alternative arrangements for the application fee.
